The Vitals
As we settle into our seats before take-off and the oxygen mask "how-to" is cheerily demonstrated, we are reminded to fasten our own masks first in order to help those less able to do so. It is vital and also true for our daily lives. In wanting to support those around me and continue the work that I do, I need to make sure my "giving cup" does not run out. A soak in the tub is luxurious, yes, but as it relaxes, it replenishes, it rejuvenates and it is how I put my oxygen mask on when my I am sensing turbulence. Having the sturdy Old Growth Bay tray gracing the tub brings my focus full circle reminding me that there is beauty in hard work...those bumpy flights always realign my priorities.
